Toronto Gains In Popularity

With the poor economy south of the border, Toronto’s boom in real estate is looking brighter and brighter.  Buildings keep going up and condos sell out before they are even finished.  This is bringing in outside developers some even from around the world.  Donald Trump is even getting in on the action and putting up condominiums at Bay and Adelaide. Compared to the same real estate properties in New York City or London UK, Toronto is still considered cheap.

Calling Oakville Home

 Over the years Oakville has become home to young families looking to escape the craziness of downtown Toronto.  The City of Oakville was known for its more affluent single detached housing communities.  Recently however there seems to be more of a demand for condominium buildings by retiring couples looking for quiet small town surroundings hopefully with lake views.

Mad Frenzy for One Bloor

 Before they were even for sale the condominiums at the super popular One Bloor tower had people lined up ready to grab a piece of real estate.  No sooner did they go on sale the prices skyrocketed before the condos were even made available to the general public.  People were snatching the condos up like they were the last ever.  Then as no surprise another developer has now proposed the launch of another tower of condos and promises this one will be even bigger and better.

New Condos for Retirees

A new batch of condominiums are going up in Mississauga and these specific condos have targeted the retirement crowd.  The builders have acknowledged that selling to retired individuals requires a different type of marketing.  Couples looking for somewhere to spend their retirement days are in no rush to sell their current real estate and when buying new they know exactly what they want.
