The month of December normally finds homeowners decorating for the holidays and not sticking HOUSE FOR SALE signs out on their front lawns.  Experts predict this December however there will be no halt in the real estate business.  The looming new land transfer tax starting in the New Year could have a lot to do with the sale of homes now.
