Brampton’s Future Holds More Condos

Toronto has seen the huge increase in condominium towers going up all over the city and Brampton will soon start to see the same.  A number of condominium buildings are either scheduled to begin construction or are already underway in Brampton’s downtown core area.  In the city of Brampton one would normally find single dwelling family homes but now the trend is leaning towards tall condo towers.

Hamilton & Burlington Are Not Complaining

The cities of Hamilton and Burlington Ontario can add themselves to the list of notable increases in condo sales recently.  Much like the greater Toronto Area the number of condos sold in the Hamilton and Burlington areas are up, with over 2000 units sold this year.  According to the article that is a ten percent increase from last year’s sales.

A builder from Cambridge Ontario has plans to turn an old factory into new luxurious condominiums. Condominiums are a hot commodity and the rush reaches in to Cambridge and Waterloo as well as the GTA.  The main building to be renovated will have thirty eight units to offer with move in dates set for two years from now.
