Kitchener-Waterloo area agents have had a record breaking sales year for real estate in their region but homes are still much more affordable in their area compared to those closer to the greater Toronto area.  Waterloo homes were bought and sold at a record pace and Cambridge agents had their second best year ever.  Despite worries that the market will slow much like south of the border, the Canadian market has shown no signs of slowing and it looks to be a promising spring.
