Plans are being developed to demolish the Four Seasons in Yorkville as it is moving to a new location.  Plans are also underway to see what condominium developer will replace the old building.  Currently the company Menkes has plans to build two towers, one at 48 stories and the other at 58.  Both notably taller than the current Four Seasons.  The expected price tag of these luxury condos will range between the high six figures to the low seven figures.
