In Uxbridge Ontario homeowners can expect to pay roughly $20 more a year now in general property taxes.  With the average home owner in the Uxbridge area paying roughly $65 per home they will soon be paying out approximately $85.  Local Durham residents can expect a 4.8% increase on their tax bill in the regional portion.
