The city councillors of Scarborough Ontario met recently and debated over potential new slogans for the city.  They are hoping a new slogan will give Scarborough a much needed lift and help the cities reputation.  While some critics claim making up a slogan is not going to help, some residents feel it couldn’t hurt.  One woman polled stated that one positive side to the negative image of Scarborough is the property values are lower so therefore so is the property tax.
