Residents of the Beach-Riverdale area of Toronto are going to be the first of a pilot program by the government to use the suns solar rays to heat water.  The program called, Toronto Solar Neighbourhood Initiative TSNI, will offer incentives to homeowners who install solar hot water systems in their homes.
