A Developer That Takes Risks

One Toronto developer is bucking the trend by constructing and building condos in a less sought after neighbourhood.  While most developers are looking to find the highly sought after Toronto neighbourhoods, Freed is building in less popular even rundown areas of the city.  Freed has even go far as to develop condos with a minimum price tag of 1.5 million on the King Street location.

Be Careful When Being Charitable

The Ministry of the Attorney General is warning members of the public about the risks associated with giving to charitable organizations that are fake.  Numerous Ontario residents and many others have been taken for their money by con artists posing as a charity and once their money is gone there is almost no chance of getting it back.
There are many ways to research whether the charity is an actual registered organization.
