A well known auction house names Sotheby’s has a very successful real estate division as well.  Sotheby’s will also be planning to expand its markets into areas outside of Toronto first starting in Oakville.  These new offices will feature high end upscale properties with very hefty price tags.  Much like the fine art they are known for auctioning off.
