Promising Future for Toronto Condos
Many people in the real estate market wondered what the new year would bring after the record breaking condo sales year in 2007. So far the statistics show this year is looking very promising. Since the first of January the city of Toronto has seen nine new high rise condominium openings compared to only five at this time last year. Toronto continues to have a wide array of condos available to those in the market, ranging from low rise to high rise and average to super luxury condos.

Cabbagetown Frustrations
With all the snow we have had this winter so far very few people would not have a complaint or two to share. The residents in Toronto neighbourhoods such as Cabbagetown have a very valid complaint. Many have cars parked along the streets that are literally buried under snow. Manoeuvring in and out of the streets is extremely difficult due to the piles of snow and icy and slushy conditions. Toronto officials do have a massive project about to begin to start removing this excess snow so that the residents can move about freely once again.
