The city of Toronto has a great condo market for many reasons.  Right now the city has a low unemployment rate, the interest rates are low and the population is on the rise.  For the first two months of 2008 sales have been very good compared to those of last year.  Nine new condominium high-rises were launched compared to five launches the same time last year.
