A man was very excited to go to the movies this weekend for a pretty unusual reason.  Not to see the movie stars or the action packed thriller, but to see his Danforth area home featured in the film.  Ephry bought the building over ten years ago and fell in love despite its run down appearance.  After investing time and money he is very proud of his home in the Danforth and was delighted when a Hollywood directed knocked on the door asking to use the building to film a scene.

A well known condominium developer by the name of Harry Stinson is making a bid to start building out in Hamilton Ontario.  Stinson, once known as the condo King of Toronto, wants to build a reported eighty story condo tower in the heart of downtown Hamilton above the historic hotel.  It would seem that since Toronto already has its fair share of glass, steel and concrete jungles some developers see making the into the GTA beneficial.
