 A non profit developer in Toronto is making the possibility of buying and owning a home in the city more of a reality.  He aims to help low income families purchase a home or condo instead of renting one.  With the huge boom in real estate, Toronto homes are far out of reach for many home buyers.  Even saving the 5% down payment can be a struggle.  Labbe’s company Options, says that creating an ownership housing for people who are normally renters helps to create a healthy urban environment.

Focus on Development
