House Flip In Toronto Beaches

 Some residents in the Beaches community watched as two brothers took an old run down house and turned it into a lovely renovated home that would fetch well above its asking price.   The house was originally bought for just over $400000 and after ten months of very hard work it was sold for over one million.  Many of the Beaches residents are pleased with the end results.

Seattle Has Fared Well

 Some US cities are reporting serious declines in home sales throughout their communities but a few cities are not as bad off as others.  Seattle Washington seems to holding their own.  While down from the same time last year, Seattle has some promising figures.  Pending sales from January to February this year jumped up nearly thirty percent.  The warmer weather has more people out and about looking at homes which helps the spring market kick into gear.

London Still Reasonably Cheap Compared To Others

 According to a recent poll conducted the city of London Ontario continues to be one of the more affordable housing areas in the market today.  Although housing prices have risen over the last several years it is expected that the prices will start to level out as the mortgage rates lower.

Toronto Gets Trump-ed

The city of Toronto has a full skyline of glass and metal office towers and gleaming condominium buildings.  Another is going to go up, but this one has a bit of a celebrity name.  The Trump International Hotel and Tower will be Canada’s tallest residential building.  It will feature over two hundred, 5 star luxury hotel condominiums plus one hundred and eighteen residential condominiums.  It will represent the super in luxury living.

Perks Of Living In Haliburton

 Nothing quite says its spring to residents in Ontario than the ads in the papers stating the sap is running and it is maple syrup time.  For many Canadian families hay rides, syrup tasting and pancake breakfasts are an annual ritual every spring.  Many of these families make the drive to Haliburton Ontario to get these yummy sticky treats.
