Mississauga Suburbia

The city of Mississauga has rapidly grown over the last years. New homes are continuously being under construction and they are selling nearly as quickly. The last phase of one new development called Churchill Meadows may be the last of the big scale suburban sprawls to be built. Over the last 5 years more than 1500 homes have already been built and there are just under 300 awaiting construction. Of those 300 that just went on sale half of the homes were sold when they were first made available to the public. The suburban neighbourhood in Mississauga is exactly what young couples and families are looking for. A great community with a neighbourly feel, close proximity to good schools and easy access to highways for work commutes.
