With some crafty engineering and imaginative design one Toronto developer will manage to fit twenty four lofts into a space that would normally fit one detached home. When completed, the project called Stage East Lofts will sit on the corner of Queen and Leslie Street. The creative design will consist of two buildings each at five storeys high. The two will be linked by an interior courtyard and will feature an exterior elevator. With the amount of building and construction that has taken place in the downtown core there is very limited space in the city to build new on.
