Calling Brampton Home
The city of Brampton has been known to many as a great area to live in and now they are even more reasons for it to be so. A new transit facility has just opened in the city to help ease consumer demands. In the past years Brampton has seen a surge in new home and condominium construction and a major increase in population. The new facility will help meet those demands. Many are making the move to Brampton because it is a great community with easy access to the highways for work commuting in the GTA and access to other transit systems like the Go Train. Brampton’s image is also greatly helped by the World Health Organization for naming it the first city in the GTA and one of ten in North America for being a designated safe community.

Getting To Know Your Neighbours
When you move in to a new condominium complex along with a thousand others how do you go about getting to know your neighbours? Many new owners of Toronto condos are wondering the same thing. Some buildings are developing their own networking system that will help the owners introduce themselves and get to know each other. Some residents find it easier to meet others through websites than in it to walk up and introduce themselves in hallways. Other condo developments have Facebook pages to help the owners network. Many buyers sought a condo for the social aspect the lifestyle involves but find it difficult to get to know their neighbours. By networking condo owners are meeting with their neighbours to work out together in the gym, commute together to work, find friends involved in similar activities and more.
