The ten storey building will sit on the corner of Dumas Street East and Carlaw Avenue. Residents will also appreciate the added security feature of a camera system in the vestibule area which can be viewed on a television screen from your home.

Just when you would think that no more of the bells and whistles that adorn today’s new condos in the city of Toronto something unique comes along. How would you like to live in a luxury condo that literally revolves giving you an ever changing view of the city? An architect who has designed two of these revolving condo towers in Dubai and Moscow has been invited by Toronto developers to come up with something for the city. Each floor of the potential tower would rotate at different speeds allowing a different view continually.
