The Flatiron Lofts will soon add to the skyline of Toronto once construction is complete. The new building is so names because of its shape resembling the common household appliance, the flat iron.
The ten storey building will sit on the corner of Dumas Street East and Carlaw Avenue. Inside the unique shaped buildings the eighty five residential units will range in size from 482 square feet to 1648 square feet. Residents will also appreciate the added security feature of a camera system in the vestibule area which can be viewed on a television screen from your home.

Luxury Condo Design Takes On New Dimension

Just when you would think that no more of the bells and whistles that adorn today’s new condos in the city of Toronto something unique comes along. How would you like to live in a luxury condo that literally revolves giving you an ever changing view of the city? An architect who has designed two of these revolving condo towers in Dubai and Moscow has been invited by Toronto developers to come up with something for the city. Each floor of the potential tower would rotate at different speeds allowing a different view continually. To make the design even more unique each condo suite’s owner will have an elevator that would bring his/her car to a parking space just outside their unit. As far as luxury condo finished goes this potential design would hit high on the list for many whose minds are intrigued.
