On top of the mortgage payment you pay monthly for your condominium home there are other monthly fees that may also apply for living in the condo. Other fees could include property tax, condo maintenance fee, parking space and possibly storage or locker fee. You may find one condo tower that includes most of the fees while another may not. Be careful you read the fine print before you sign on the dotted line. When purchasing a condo you might also want to consider how close you want to live to Mississauga city centre.
