Mississauga Homes Prices Increase

Prices are increasing in the Mississauga Real Estate market. A recent poll conducted stated that the average price to buy a new detached home in the city of Mississauga rose by fourteen percent in 2007. Mississauga remains a popular city for many residents to call home and plenty are looking for real estate despite the cost of the homes. The resale homes market also had an increase of eleven percent since 2006 meaning despite the cost increasing people are still buying. A Mississauga semi detached, detached home or condominium remain a definite strong real estate purchase. Different areas of the city have higher costs per average home than other areas. The southern part of Mississauga is the most expensive with home costing on average $669,000. Move or buy in the northern part of Mississauga and you can expect to pay on average $441,000.
