Located in the centre of the Texas panhandle the city of Amarillo has much to offer those luck enough to live there. Beautiful sunsets, the Palo Duro Canyon and an excellent education system. With a population of just under two hundred thousand the city still offers a small town atmosphere. Years ago the average condominium development in downtown Toronto offered a gym to its residents. Now with all the luxury high rise condos filling the Toronto skyline the condo has to offer a whole lot more to appease its owner. Now it is common, if not expected, that the condo development not only have a gym, but a spa, maybe valet parking, top of the line communal kitchens, twenty four hour room service and in some cases even butlers. The average Toronto condo is not so average anymore. The Trump Tower, The Shangri-La and the Four Seasons all hope to exceed the Torontonians expectations for luxury. Oshawa Ontario is a city that has dealt with rapid growth with ease and understanding. In fact the city was awarded a gold medal for 2007 for the International Awards For Liveable Communities. Oshawa also beat out all other Ontario cities to be listed as one of the top 10 cities to do business in. So the city of Oshawa appeals to a home owner and a business owner. The downtown core is progressing and is quickly becoming a vibrant and popular location. It will soon be home to a development of new condominiums by Canvas Community. Hamilton is situated between the city of Toronto and Niagara Falls and has a thriving economy with a strong manufacturing and agricultural industry.
