Condo Building With A Different Look

Two great ideas which are an environmentally green conscience and buying a Downtown Toronto Condominium may have merged into one great idea. There is a proposed condo development that may be able to meet the best of both worlds. The Toronto skyline is filled with towering glass covered condos. The glass is shiny and sparkly but it also makes for a big heat source which is something owners don’t appreciate. The Giraffe as it will be called, will stack 275 condos in 29 floors at different levels having one stick out here and the other stick out there, literally. The architects are hoping this building style change will add a little art to the city’s skyline while making buyers happy there are being green.
