Due to the high cost of homes and condominiums in Toronto many have made the decision to look for real estate outside of the big city. There are many areas within the greater Toronto area that are still a decent commuting distance for those who work downtown or want to be close to the city life. Troncones Mexico Retreat Living

Troncones Mexico is one of the few areas left in Mexico that is not over run with visiting tourists on holiday. Troncones Beach is a small community lying on some 3 miles of pristine Pacific beach at the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains. There are no high rise hotels but only small b&b’s, vacation inns and summer vacation homes. There are roughly six hundred permanent residents that are mostly local ranchers and fisherman. Those lucky enough to have vacationed here loved it so much many of them are looking at Troncones Beach front real estate. Currently a development of four luxury condominiums is underway, the only condos available in the area. They will sit facing the famous beach for surfers. The beautiful sunsets, the sparkling ocean and the tranquil setting is what is attracting buyers to the Trocones area of Mexico.
