More Condos For Scarborough

A group from Hong Kong is about to start its first project in Toronto and it will be steps from the Scarborough Town Centre. The development is called Centro and will stand 31 storey’s high and will house two hundred and fifty suites. These suites will be either one bedroom or two and will range in square footage from five hundred to seventeen hundred square feet. Prices for these condos will start in the one hundred and eighty thousand dollar price range. A Condo for Sale in Scarborough and the greater Toronto area remain the more affordable choice for many first time buyers. There are several other condo developments that are available including Metrogate and Mondeo Springs.
