It is certainly no secret that the condo is the most popular type of real estate in Toronto. Every person in the market for a condo has a checklist of what it is they want to have in regards to location, amenities, view, price and more. Many condo buyers have a great view on the top of their list and what better place to find beautiful scenery than the Toronto Harbourfront. There are several condominium developments right on the waterfront of Lake Ontario in Toronto. Some of them include the One York Quay, Harbour Square, Harbourpoint 1, 2 & 3 and The Riveira. Any of these lucky condo harbourfront Toronto owners with waterfront views can enjoy watching beautiful sunsets, sailing boats in and around the marina and observe the Toronto Island ferry taking fun seekers back and forth to the island.

CityPlace Condos Have It All

By Rob Parker at 9:20 am on October 6, 2008 | No comments

The Toronto Cityplace Condo development is known as the largest planned urban community in the city of Toronto. The area is popular due primarily to its location. It is a walk to the financial core, to Harbourfront, to the Island ferry docks and to the theatre district. Cityplace consists of twenty condo towers right in the heart of Toronto and was the fastest-selling community in the GTA with 1,500 units sold during one 15-month period. The development features state of the art wiring technology which means condo owners will have the fastest internet service connection available. The condo owners also share a nine thousand foot fitness spa and sixty five foot indoor pool. Soon the community will also have a daycare centre, a library, a community centre and an elementary school. The location, the modern technological features and of course the proximity to the lake front make Cityplace a condominium highly sought after.
